Manage what you share in these apps.
- For iOS, go to Settings > Privacy and then go through Motion & Fitness, Health, Contacts, Location Services and any others that concern you. See what you're giving away.
- Android users can take similar measures by going into Settings > Apps & Notifications. Select an app, and then go to the Permissions Screen Layout.
Be sure to look at the apps you connect to one another as well.
